Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged in full, regardless of the reason provided, including health issues or personal emergencies. Requests made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no extra cost, subject to availability. If the lesson is canceled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled or made up at no additional cost to the student.

Student lateness does not guarantee that the full booked time will be made up, so as not to affect the following appointments. When possible, any extension of the lesson will be granted solely at the teacher’s discretion. Connection issues, technical failures, or interruptions related to the student’s internet, equipment, or environment do not automatically entitle the student to make-up time, and each case will be reviewed individually. If the teacher is late or experiences technical issues on their end, the affected time will be fully made up or compensated.
